Active Locks

A locked conversation is a conversation that an agent has manually claimed for a chosen duration. While a lock is active, the auto-routing engine will not reassign that conversation to another agent. The lock expires automatically at the scheduled time, or can be overridden by a manual reassignment if needed.

What is this app for?

This Workload Management app helps manage daily tasks as a support agent:

- View Agent Statistics: See real-time data about conversations handled, open tickets, and availability.
- Manage Your Status: Toggle between Online and Offline. When offline, open conversations are redistributed.
- Track Your Workload: Monitor conversation counts and stay within capacity limits.

Install as an App (Recommended)

You can install this web app on your computer so it works like a regular desktop application:

- Opens in its own window (no browser tabs)
- Launches faster and feels more responsive

How to Install (Google Chrome):
1. Open this app in Google Chrome
2. Click the three dots menu in the top-right corner
3. Look for "Install" or "Create shortcut"
4. Click it and confirm
5. The app will now open in its own window!

Launch Automatically on Startup

Windows: Press Win+R, type shell:startup, drag the app shortcut into the folder.

Mac: System Settings > General > Login Items > add the app.

Quick Tips

- Always set your status to Offline when taking breaks or ending your shift
- Check the Stats tab regularly to monitor your workload
- Keep the app open during your working hours for real-time updates
- If you have questions, contact your team administrator
